- Q: How long can I wear a tampon?

- A: When using tampons, it's important to choose the lowest absorbency necessary for your menstrual flow. And because the amount of flow varies from day to day, it's likely that you will need to use different absorbencies on different days of your period. Selecting the right absorbency comes with experience, but as a guide, if a tampon absorbs as much as it can and has to be changed before 4 hours, then you may want to try a higher absorbency. Cardboard rules

I've switched to cardboard having seen the press on plastics pollution in our oceans. I hope that single use plastic is phased out by Tampax

Only tampax I'll use

Very easy to use never have any discomfort do have to change it every 1-2 hours but that's purely because I'm on blood thinning medication. Would be nice to have super super super plus tampax! But I'll keep using these :-)

Brilliant

Love this product always feels comfortable, easy to use and the absorbency is always guaranteed, and excellent value for money!Other leading brands may be cheaper but don't do the job

Definitely the best applicator I've used

I am a bargain hunter so I tend to look for products at a decent price, or on offer, but I always come back to Tapax and have done ever since I started using tampons. I prefer the applicator as I feel it's less messy and more hygienic and is extremely comfortable.

Peace of mind

Never have to worry. Feel comfortable and secure. Easy to use. Haven't found a tampon to beat them.
